Our story began in Cavite in 2013, when I established SY3 Energy Maintenance Services Corporation with a clear purpose: to help industrial operators protect critical assets through dependable repair, rehabilitation, and maintenance services.

Working in power-generation environments taught us that technical ability alone is never enough. Reliable execution requires safety, quality, preparation, responsiveness, and accountability at every stage. Each assignment reinforced the importance of understanding the equipment, respecting operating conditions, and completing work with the discipline that critical industrial facilities demand.

Over time, SY3 developed a foundation in power-plant rehabilitation, industrial repair, machining, fabrication, maintenance, and field services. More importantly, we developed a practical understanding of what clients expect from a technical service organization: competent people, clear communication, careful planning, consistent artistry, and support when operational requirements become urgent.

Synercore Heavy Industries Corp. represents the next chapter of that journey.

Building on the industrial foundation established through SY3, we are expanding into engineering-led industrial construction and broader project delivery. Synercore is developing an integrated capability encompassing engineering management, civil and structural works, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, fabrication, testing, commissioning, and post-turnover asset support.

This expansion is not a departure from where we began. It is a natural progression of the same principles that have guided our work from the start. The precision required in industrial maintenance now informs how we approach construction. The lessons learned in the field influence how we plan, coordinate, manage risk, control quality, and prepare systems for reliable operation.

Our ambition is to build Synercore into a respected Philippine industrial contractor—one recognized for disciplined execution rather than unsupported promises. We are strengthening our organization responsibly by bringing together experienced leadership, technical professionals, project controls, quality management, and health and safety practices appropriate for increasingly complex assignments.
